Who is responsible?

Bondarenko, Yelena, a sole proprietorship offering her artworks under the name Artbond, Tjokkenplein 14, 8560 Gullegem, Belgium (KBO 0634.810.461), is responsible for the processing of your personal data through this website.

What data do we collect?

When you use the contact form, we process your name, e-mail address, subject and message. For a purchase we also process the data needed for the invoice and delivery.

What do we use it for?

To answer your question, to carry out and invoice a sale and, if you give your consent, to send you news about exhibitions.

How long do we keep it?

We keep your data no longer than necessary for that purpose, unless the law requires a longer retention period (for example for invoices).

Do we share your data?

We never sell or rent out your data. The website runs on Odoo, which hosts the data for us. Messages sent through the contact form arrive in our mailbox at Google. We share invoice data with our accountant and our invoicing software.
