"Baroque Dreams of Montmartre" by Yelena Bondarenko is subtly shaped with relief. Soft shades of cream, peach and pastel pink blend with vivid red and purple, so that light seems to dance across the surface. The undulating textures and flowing lines evoke the first breath of a morning breeze, full of promise and movement. The work captures an intimate moment of calm and energy, an expression of light and action. It adds a warm, serene dynamic to modern interiors.

The story
On Montmartre the day awakes
in cream, in peach and softest rose,
a baroque dream, a morning laugh
that dances down the stairs and lanes.
Then red flares up, then violet,
a texture rippling like the wind;
a morning breeze, a minuet
that finds its breath upon the linen.
An artists' quarter, calm and fire,
a promise, light and full of motion,
Paris held within one hour,
a dream in baroque reflection.
